输出 Rust Document Runtime V2 的 API 文档。包含 V2 模块概览、FFI 方法列表、DTO 字段表、EventType 说明、activeSecondsDelta 说明、error/warning 说明。与实际 FFI 接口一致。能指导 iOS 接入。
