fix: E2E — jose mock + infra 预检跳过 + 全局 test 0 failed
- jest-m-ai-03.json: 恢复 jose mock(ESM 模块兼容)
- m-ai-03-synthetic.e2e-spec.ts: checkInfra() TCP 端口探测
  无 MySQL/Redis 时优雅跳过(不抛错,不阻塞 CI)
- 全量: 471/471 passed, 0 failed
