Synthetic jobs don't need real user profile/behavior data. The SnapshotBuilderService queries 10+ tables (UserAiSettings, UserLearningProfile, learningSession, etc.) that may not exist in CI. For synthetic_job, use a minimal placeholder snapshot. Co-Authored-By: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com>
