目标

定义 AI Job 完成后的用户通知机制。第一阶段：保留 polling API 兜底，新增 AiJobNotification 记录 (userId/jobId/notificationType/title/message/status/readAt)，iOS 可通过 App 内消息读取完成事件。Push notification 作为后续能力不强制 P1。
