目标

保存 AI 分析后生成卡片的计划。

字段

id, userId, jobId, snapshotId, targetType, targetId, knowledgePointIds, count, difficultyLevel, reason, status

验收

可从 nextAction 转换生成；支持 knowledgePointIds；后续可触发 flashcard_generation job
