docs: fix appendix A line numbers and NotificationWorker dependency chain

Browse Source 
- AiAnalysisWorker in worker.module.ts: line 62→64
- NotificationWorker: verified complete dependency chain (NotificationsService→NotificationsRepository+EventBusService(@Optional))
- Removed resolved "unconfirmed" item from section 六
